Our services and general information
Installation
We offer a complete solution from purchase to installation of your products. Our installation team can install any of our products at a competitive rate. Simply advise us if installation is required and we'll organize the rest.
Lead Times
General lead times vary depending on the product required. Commercial mailbox banks are fabricated per job, so we advise approx. 2 - 3 weeks from the date of ordering to the final supply and/or installation. Individual mailboxes are held in stock, however we only hold small quantities but can be supplied generally within 5 days.
Clotheslines are also held in stock however we advise discussing with us which model you require in case we are not currently stocking that model.
Mailbox Key Replacement
We are happy to replace any lost or stolen keys, simply call us with the code engraved on the key barrel (where the key goes in). We'll arrange to have a new set of keys sent out to you. Alternatively, you can contact Houdini Lock Services.
